Victor Navasky, former editor and publisher of The Nation, and Christopher Cerf have written a brilliant and tragically funny book on the Iraq War entitled Mission Accomplished! (or How We Won the War in Iraq). Come hear them discuss it. Navasky is is chairman of the Columbia Journalism Review and author of A Matter of Opinion, which won a George Polk Award. Cerf is an author, composer-lyricist, and record and television producer, best known for his satiric contributions to National Lampoon, for his musical contributions to Sesame Street, and for founding, with Mr. Navasky, the Institute of Expertology. This event is co-sponsored by the Institute for Policy Studies and The Nation.
