“I think it’s actually a mistake to think that Libya is on the brink of chaos or on the verge of chaos.  Libya is enmeshed in chaos right now.  This is a scenario which many people predicted, that the NATO bombing, the US bombing, the airstrikes, were going to seriously destabilize the country and , in fact, that’s what happened.”
