Phyllis Bennis joins KPFA’s “Letters and Politics” to discuss the regional and global impact of the Israel-Palestine conflict and the horrific civilian casualities in Gaza.
Bennis urges the U.S. to use its considerable influence to call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza to enable humanitarian aid, highlighting growing public support among Americans for a ceasefire. She also calls on the U.S. government to stop funding additional military aid to Israel that will be used to massacre more Gazan civilians.
