President Trump just proposed the largest federal budget in U.S. history. Unsurprisingly, he continues to pour money into defense and military spending while slashing funding for programs that help poor and middle-class Americans. Cuts to the Environmental Protection Agency, Medicare and Medicaid, and the Department of Education are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.
