International Women’s Month Panel: Darfur Women Action Group
In commemoration of International Women’s Month, Darfur Women Action Group (DWAG) and the Institute for Policy Studies’ Foreign Policy In Focus project are collaborating on a presentation by leading experts on women’s issues to highlight the current situation in Darfur- Sudan. These experts will discuss what policy makers should do to address the issue of rape as a weapon of war, explore the appropriate responses to women’s emergency needs and develop recommendations on women’s protection.
