Kristi Ceccarossi is the communications coordinator for the Program on Inequality and the Common Good. She provides media outreach for the program, produces digital content and manages online campaigns for its related projects. She also quietly preaches to her coworkers about the need to use the web, especially social media, deliberately and thoughtfully.
Before joining IPS, she worked as a print reporter, covering energy, development, housing and homelessness around New England and on Florida’s Gulf Coast. She also served as managing editor of The Commons, a community-grown nonprofit newspaper in Southern Vermont. Outside of work, she directs Boston Localvores, a network of local eaters, growers and producers working to build a sustainable food system in the Boston area.
