US Restrictions on Travel To Cuba and May Day Report back

June 28, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Trump administration designated Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela as a “Troika of Tyranny” and has been ratcheting up pressure on all three countries through economic blockades, creating dissent and covert attacks. This includes manipulating popular opinion in the US to demonize them and build support for intervention. All three countries have in common that they are resisting US domination. Recently, the Trump administration announced a travel ban to Cuba, which will curtail the possibility of people being able to visit and see for themselves that things are not as they have been told by the media.

You’re invited to hear reports from D.C., Maryland, and Virginia participants of the 2019 May Day Brigade to Cuba, that will include Institute for Policy Studies analyst Netfa Freeman, to talk about how to:

  • End US restrictions on travel to Cuba
  • Halt US economic war against Cuba and Venezuela
  • Get US out of Guantanamo
  • Stop US regime change programs against Cuba and Venezuela
  • Still visit Cuba legally
