Split This Rock co-sponsors Nine On The Ninth, the now legendary monthly poetry series that falls on every 9th day of the month at 9pm in the Langston Room of Busboys and Poets. The evening’s features are South African poet Ingrid de Kok and international journalist and poet Akwe Amosu, Hosted by Poet in Residence: Derrick Weston Brown.

Admission is $4.00 cash (generally the Nine On the Ninth is free, and donations are strongly encouraged, but since the event falls on a Tuesday night, Busboys and Poets maintains the usual $4.00 cover)
