Massachusetts Peace Action 2016 Annual Meeting

Director of IPS’ New Internationalism Project Phyllis Bennis, and Massachusetts Representative Jim McGovern will be the keynote speakers at the Massachusetts’s Peace Action annual meeting. Keynote speeches will include “The Syrian War, ISIS, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the US,” and “Admist Today’s Turmoil, We Must Rebuild the Peace Movement.” There will be workshops on Building Peace in the Middle East, Struggling for Peace by Meeting People’s Needs at Home, Resisting the Trillion Dollar Nuclear Weapons “Modernization” Plan, and Peace and a Stable Climate.
