The Institute for Policy Studies is celebrating 50 years of helping to bring progressives together around bold ideas. As part of the fun, we’re hosting an Idea Slam, a fast-paced contest on stage where individuals bring their ideas on how to change the world. Winning ideas will be something new that has the potential to create real transformative change toward a progressive future. The ideas will challenge injustices and help save the planet. The best ideas are ones that are viable, creative, effective, and well-presented. The winning contestant will get the opportunity to spend some time over the next year making their dreams become realities as the honorary Ideas into Action Fellow at IPS.
