We rarely get the opportunity to celebrate a living cultural icon. Yet, this opportunity has presented itself in the form of an amazing 60th birthday celebration for IPS Board Chair E. Ethelbert Miller. There will be a retrospective reading and book signing along with laughs and good times. Ethelbert – always thinking four steps ahead – has decided to make the commemoration of his birth and life into a fundraiser.

In lieu of gifts, Ethelbert requests donations be made to support the Institute for Policy Studies and Provisions Library, using the denominations of $60. ($60, $120, $180, $600, $6,000, etc). All proceeds will be split equally between the Institute for Policy Studies and Provisions Library and are tax-deductible.
